1. 概述( Description )：
不銹鋼顎式破碎機主要由框架、動顎板、定顎板、調節裝置以及驅動裝置、除塵罩等部分組成。塊狀物料在動顎板和定顎板之間被壓碎成更小的塊，直至小于出口間隙大小，直接從底部出口排出。

電動機驅動皮帶和皮帶輪，通過偏心軸使動顎上下運動，當動顎上升時肘板和動顎間夾角變大，從而推動動顎板向定顎板靠近，此時被破碎的物料被擠壓、搓、碾等多重受力而被破碎。當動顎下行時，肘板和動顎間夾角變小，動顎板在拉桿、彈簧的作用下與定顎板的間距拉大，此時被破碎的物料從破碎腔出料口排出，隨著偏心軸的連續運轉，動顎作周期性的往復運動，進入破碎腔的物料不斷地被破碎、排出，實現連續生產。

3、應用范圍（ Application Scope ）
適用于需要將燒結好的大塊狀物料破碎成小塊狀或顆粒狀，多用于冶金行業燒結后的物料進行多級破碎達到粉末狀的工況，如碳化硅、碳化鎢等，進料粒度：130-500mm，成品粒度15-125mm 。
